HOW CUSTOM PROGRAMS WORK

1: Purchase a 4, 8 or 12-week custom program.
2: Take the Calisthenics strength test on the resources page (film yourself performing the movements).
3: A coaching call will be scheduled to assess your results and learn about your fitness and performance goals.
4: Using the information collected in the strength test and coaching call, a custom program will be created to help you achieve your goals.
5: The program will be accessible via Notion.
6: Access the video library for examples of movements you don’t know how to perform.
