Strength Test: The Calisthenics strength test must be completed, recorded and fitness and health questionnaire filled out. These can be found on the resources page.
Customization: A Customized training plan along with diet guide will be created based on the strength test results and questionnaire answers.
Begin Training: A shared document accessible by both the client and coach to protocol all training sessions and track progress. Video Examples of all workouts will be provided in the video library.
Consistency: Weekly check-in email or text to update the coach about previous week’s training. With this information along with weekly (Pro Coaching), or bi-weekly (Basic Coaching).
Tracking: Tracking progress will be done in multiple ways. Periodic strength assessments, tracking progress on goals (Weight-loss, muscle gain) and tracking how your body feels.
